Today you have one personal profile. A coming update lets you create several profiles, each one completely separate, including a couple profile you run together with one other person. The details may still change.
Each profile has its own accounts, records, budgets, goals, bills, categories and currency. Nothing from one profile shows in another. You add a profile with + at the top of the Profile screen, and switch by tapping the profile name.

Questions and answers
How does a couple profile work?
- You are both owners, with equal rights.
- There is no accept step: it appears in your partner's app straight away, with a notification.
- Each of you keeps your own login; the app never asks for a partner's password.
- Only that profile is shared. Your other profiles and settings stay private.
- Labels show which of you added each record.
How do I set one up?
In three steps: Details (name, currency, your partner's email and Profile ID, or Invite later), Accounts (add them now or later), then Review and Create.
What happens if one of us deletes it?
It disappears only from that person's side, and the other keeps everything. You can restore it while your partner still has it. When both of you delete it, it is gone for good.
What happens to my data when profiles arrive?
Your current profile becomes your first profile, with everything in it. Nothing is deleted or merged, and your spaces keep working.
Can my couple profile share a space with friends?
Yes. It joins as one participant, so the space counts your household once, shown as the profile name and who acted, for example “Household · Sam”.
