Terms of use

By creating a login or using G&M Wallet, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

G&M Wallet helps you record and organise your personal money and money you share with others. It is a record-keeping tool.

• It is not a bank or payment service. It never holds, sends or receives money.
• Balances and debts are calculated from what people record. They are only as accurate as those records.
• Nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information, and use one login per person.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens with your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

• You choose who you invite. Everyone in a space sees what's recorded there.
• Admins manage the space and its members. Only the person who made a record can change or delete it.
• A repayment counts only after the person receiving it confirms it.
• Debts shown in the app are a record between members. We don't collect or enforce them, and disagreements between members are for them to settle.

What you add (records, comments, receipt photos) stays yours. You allow us to store, process and show it only to run G&M Wallet for you and the people you share with.

Only add content you have the right to add, and respect the privacy of the people in your spaces.

Please don't:

• use the app for anything illegal, including fraud or money laundering;
• harass, threaten or mislead other people;
• try to reach data or logins that aren't yours;
• copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app or its servers, or get around its limits;
• use automated tools to create logins or send requests.

G&M Wallet is free today. If we ever offer paid features, we'll explain the price clearly first. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it.

We keep improving G&M Wallet, so features may change. We aim to keep it running all the time, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Keep your own records of anything important. You can export your data anytime.

You can stop using G&M Wallet and delete your login anytime, as described in our Privacy policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect other people or the service. Where the law allows, we'll tell you why and how to appeal.

We work hard to keep G&M Wallet correct and reliable, but it's provided "as is". Please check important amounts yourself before making decisions with them.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for losses caused by records entered incorrectly, or by agreements between members.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no duty to maintain or support the app and aren't responsible for it or any claims about it. They are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. The store's own terms also apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the laws where you live.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using G&M Wallet after that, you accept the new terms.
